High speed OCR lamination of CG and LCD
"Glass Bend Lamination System" , FUK's original non-vacuum optical bonding (direct bonding) technology, offers solutions for production of mobile products having screen sizes from 4.0 inches to 15.6 inches, with combination of FUK's original slit coating and pre-cure OCR (Optically Clear Resin).
Developed with Japanese government fund for "FY2013 Innovation Commercialization Venture" by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), an arm of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
By implementing a dedicated slit coater system which coats the entire surface with pre-cure OCR, we realized a process without dam and liquid extrusion.
While maintaining the straightness and sharpness of each edge in a high level, we thin-film-coat in a range of 50 to 200μm.
By mounting the FUK original non-vacuum bonding process "Glass Bending Lamination System" which can precisely control the process parameters; "angle", "gap", "pressure" and "speed", the direct bonding can be performed to meet various process needs.
Type of adhesive
*OCR is an abbreviation for "Optically Clear Resin" and it is an adhesive made of optically clear reactive liquid resin. Acrylic based single component and silicon based two component are commonly used in the industry.
